Marrable Hill Chapel is seeking to hire a Youth Pastor/Camp Director who is sensitive to the voice of God and has a heart for youth. This position does require the Youth Pastor to serve two important roles at Marrable Hill Chapel. This dual position requires time to be divided as follows, 75% for Marrable Hill Chapel and 25% for Victory Bible Camp. An average 40-hour work week is required but at times may require more.

First, as youth pastor, we are seeking an individual is who committed to youth evangelism, discipleship, social involvement, and leadership development. This individual must be able to work/minister within the parameters of our Constitution and agree with our mission statement. Must desire to engage youth in all activities, including retreats, mission trips, service projects, etc. Good relational skills are required. The ability to communicate well with youth, youth workers, and parents.

Secondly, this individual would have the responsibility of Camp Director for Victory Bible Camp. Victory Bible Camp has been serving now for 67 years. The role of the Camp Director requires you to oversee all activities in preparation for and during the camp weeks and weekend retreats. Enlist and train workers and counselors for each camp and retreat. The Camp director also works with the Facilities Director during camp weeks to keep all facilities functional. Work to promote Victory Bible Camp within the local community and beyond.
